Counter-Notification:

If you believe that content you posted on our platform was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. The counter-notification must be in writing and include the following:

  • - Identification of the content that has been removed and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed;
  • - A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled;
  • - Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in the district where you are located, or if your address is outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification or an agent of such person.

This DMCA policy is designed to protect the intellectual property rights of third parties as well as our own. We reserve the right to block access or remove content alleged to be infringing and to take any other action we deem appropriate.
